Black Excellence In Action
We are a federally registered non-profit association that was incorporated on August 17th, 2024. Our membership comprises individuals from African, Caribbean, and other nationalities, including those born and raised in Canada who are generally regarded as blacks. Our current membership starts at 17 years and upwards.

Impact, not just numbers
Renovation and restoration
According to the 2021 Census, Black Canadians comprise roughly 4.3% of Canada’s population, making the community the third or fourth largest visible minority group depending on classification definitions
Within this population:
- Approximately 41% are Canadian-born,
- 32.6% are African-born,
- and 21% are Caribbean-born
While these demographics present a comparative edge, the true opportunity lies in unlocking the inherent value embedded within these communities—value that can uplift Canada’s social, economic, political, and leadership landscapes.
We are uniquely positioned to steward a community layered in cultural richness, generational depth, and entrepreneurial spirit—transforming demographic potential into lasting impact across multiple spheres.
Our Vision
To advance the social, economic, leadership, and political empowerment of the black demographic group in our community
Our Mission Statement
To harness our potential for community impact by forging a strong partnership that unlocks our capabilities and enables us to deliver for today and to build an enduring legacy for tomorrow

These programs enable our members to serve both our community and broader society with confidence and purpose.

These activities strengthen our presence in the community and elevate civic engagement.
🗣️ Advocacy
Advocacy is crucial to unlocking access, resolving systemic challenges, and ensuring equitable treatment. We prioritize building strong relationships with municipal stakeholders, helping our members access the same rights and opportunities as others in society.
